Albert Jok focuses on regulatory investigations, compliance matters, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions.  His experience, gained in-house and in private practice, includes advising on contentious and non-contentious matters relating to corporate governance, directors’ duties and shareholders’ rights, disclosure of inside information and intermediaries’ internal compliance and licensing matters.
