Katherine is an Of Counsel in the Finance team in Hong Kong.  

She is a Hong Kong qualified lawyer who obtained her BBA (Law) degree and PCLL degrees at the University of Hong Kong. 

She has experience in a variety of asset finance transactions including debt financing, leasing and sale and purchase of vessels and aircraft. She is experienced in advising PRC lessors and international banks, owners and operators. She also advises on OTC derivative transactions and other hedging arrangements including master agreements, netting and collateral.
