Mandy Yim is Of Counsel of the corporate Department of Lau, Horton & Wise LLP and has 15 years of experience in corporate finance matters gained from international law firms.   • A number of listed companies in Hong Kong in their restructuring, which includes very substantial acquisition, reverse takeover involving new listing application, and capital and corporate reorganisation.
  • A number of investment banks, underwriters and listing applicants in the Greater China in initial public offerings in Hong Kong and listings on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, including H-Shares companies and red-chip companies engaged in a wide spectrum of industries such as mining of coal and other minerals, online backup software products and service, aircraft leasing, theme parks development and operation, electronic fund transfer solution provision service, water saving irrigation system, consumer goods and services and logistics service. 
    • A listed company principally engaged in shipping and logistics businesses in its issue of convertible bonds in the principal amount of HK$ 100m and the subsequent placing of convertible bonds in the principal amount of up to HK$ 46m, and its major acquisition of two dry bulk vessels from the perspective of compliance with the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
  • A listed company principally engaged in the provision of financial services, and its major shareholders, in the sale and purchase of shares in the listed company which constituted a conditional mandatory general cash offers by the investor under the Hong Kong Takeovers Code, and advising the listed company in its proposed very substantial acquisition of the businesses of wealth and asset management, fund sales and sales of financial products in China.
