Vivian has over 8 years of experience in Hong Kong securities offerings and has advised numerous Chinese and international companies, private equity firms, public sector entities, and international banks on their investments across Asia. She also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters.

  • Morgan Stanley Asia Limited (the sole sponsor) in relation to the initial public offering (approx.. HK$ 470m) and listing of China ZhongDi Dairy Holdings Company Limited on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Hong Kong Stock Exchange”).
  • Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. and Nomura International (Hong Kong) Limited (the joint sponsors) in relation to the initial public offering (approx. HK$ 3.46bn) and listing of Universal Medical Financial & Technical Advisory Services Company Limited on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
  • China Merchants Securities (HK) Co., Limited and UBS Securities Hong Kong Limited (the joint sponsors) in relation to the initial public offering of H shares (approx. HK$ 7.39bn) on Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co., Ltd. on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
  • Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc. on its listing of the overseas listed foreign shares by way of introduction on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“Conversion of B to H Shares”).
  • Elec & Eltek International Company Limited, a subsidiary of Kingboard Chemical Holdings Limited and a Singapore incorporated company which is listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, on its dual primary listing by way of introduction on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
  • Mongolian Mining Corporation, the largest privately-held domestic producer and exporter of coking coal, on its approx. HK$ 5.05bn initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
  • China Mobile Limited on its acquisition of assets and business of China TieTong Telecommunications Corporation, a state-owned large scale basic telecommunications operator in the PRC at a consideration of approx. CNY 2.34bn.
  • Yashili International Holdings Ltd on its placing of new shares to Danone Asia. Upon completion of the share placement, Danone Asia obtained 25% shareholding interest in Yashili. The funds raised from this share placement amounts to approx. HK$ 4.39bn.
  • Jiangsu Hongtu High Technology Co., Ltd, a joint stock company incorporated in the PRC whose shares are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, on its acquisition of IDT International Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, at a consideration of approx. HK$ 250m which also involves a mandatory general offer of the securities in IDT International Limited.
  • Frasers Property (China) Limited (currently known as Gemdale Properties and Investment Corporation Limited) on its proposed privatization by FCL (China) Pte. Ltd. and Riverbook Group Limited by way of scheme of arrangement.
