Gigi is a senior associate in the Funds and Indirect Real Estate team in the Hong Kong office. She has extensive experience in advising asset managers and financial institutions.

Gigi advises on the formation, maintenance and restructuring of private equity and hedge funds including the establishment of the first tokenised real estate asset in Hong Kong. She also advises on post-establishment transactions, authorisation and post-authorisation applications of retail funds, licensing applications and regulatory compliance.
