Sherry is an associate in the Hong Kong Office. She acts for banks, corporates and other financial institutions including various Chinese leasing houses on multi-jurisdictional loan and ship financing/re-financing arrangements, vessel sale and purchase transactions and ship registration.

Prior to joining CMS in 2023, Sherry had 6 years legal working experience in an US international law firm.  She is also experienced in document automation and other legal technology and innovation initiatives.

Sherry has passed the national legal professional qualification exam in the People’s Republic of China and was admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in April 2023 and as a registered foreign lawyer in Hong Kong in June 2023.
