Eugene is an Associate in the intellectual property team of the Hong Kong office. He was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in July 2022.
Eugene obtained his LLB at Durham University, an LLM LPC at the University of Law in the United Kingdom and his PCLL degree at the City University of Hong Kong. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Eugene has experience in assisting with a wide range of intellectual property matters. He is also experienced in handling commercial and regulatory matters including data privacy and licensing.
