Mengyi is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property group. 

Mengyi is a Hong Kong qualified lawyer who obtained her LLB and PCLL degrees at the University of Hong Kong.  She has also passed the GBA Legal Examination. She is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English and Cantonese.

Mengyi’s experience includes advising clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters including IP litigations, local and cross-border IP rights enforcement strategies and commercialising of IP rights.  She also has experience in arbitration and general commercial litigations involving contract disputes, employment, and trust.

She also has experience in advising on data privacy issue and general commercial issues in connection with digital economy.
